We have a work center in which our team perform the services, such as punching, flattering, bending, end fitting, marking, covering and so on. We use CNC pipe bending machines and provide metal pipes to fulfill requirement of any aircraft.
Boeing Material Parts
KAIL is qualified to undertake manufacturing of 45 Boeing aircraft metal parts using Titanium, Steel and Aluminum raw material. All processes of heat and surface treatment, NDI and Shot-peeing are done according to the stringent requirements of Boeing Quality Management System requirements. The special processes are carried out under NADCAP accreditation for Heat treatment and Surface treatment.
